3. Important Water Safety Notice

SplashCubs products are not a substitute for active adult supervision.

Children must remain under the close and continuous supervision of a responsible adult whenever they are in or around water.

Unless a particular product is expressly identified and certified as such, SplashCubs products should not be considered life jackets, personal flotation devices, drowning-prevention devices, or lifesaving equipment.

Our flotation swimwear is intended to provide buoyancy assistance and support during supervised water activities.

Never leave a child unattended in or near a swimming pool, bathtub, beach, lake, or any other body of water.

Parents and caregivers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their child and the particular water environment.

4. Removable Floats

Certain SplashCubs products contain removable flotation inserts that allow buoyancy to be adjusted as a child's swimming ability develops.

Removing flotation inserts reduces the amount of buoyancy provided by the product.

A responsible adult should assess the child's swimming ability before removing flotation inserts and remain within close reach while the child is in the water.

Swimming ability and progress vary from child to child. References to learning, progression, confidence, or independence do not guarantee that a child will learn to swim within any particular period.

5. Proper Product Use

Customers are responsible for following all product instructions, warnings, sizing recommendations, and care instructions.

Before each use, inspect the product for signs of damage, excessive wear, loose components, damaged seams, or other conditions that could affect its performance.

Do not continue using a damaged product.

The product should fit the child appropriately and should only be used for its intended purpose.

6. Orders & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.

By submitting an order, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected for the total amount displayed during checkout.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to inventory issues, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment problems, or other reasonable circumstances.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping estimates displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times may be affected by carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns & 30-Day Warranty

Eligible purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

SplashCubs products are also backed by our 30-Day Product Warranty covering eligible damaged, defective, incorrect, or manufacturing-defect claims as described in that policy.

Warranty coverage does not generally include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, failure to follow instructions, or damage caused after delivery that is unrelated to a manufacturing defect.

Nothing in these Terms or our policies limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

9. Intellectual Property

The SplashCubs name, branding, website design, graphics, written content, logos, product photography owned by us, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit our protected content without authorization.
